making a Face Wreath

how to attach tulle to a wire wreath, I use a 12 inch wreath Wire, and the tulle/Hair is 9 inches all around, a 12 inch cake board was use to cover the back of the Wreath, also you can use any jute rope or string to hang the wreath up on the Door or Wall ... thank you 😊
