Hi Neighbours,
today I am sharing a viewer request from my friend Robert in the UK.
I made a farmers Poutine and goodness it was wonderful.

You make the fries the way you like them. You can follow tips in video if you like
to make it farmers
you not only put on your cheese curds
you layer fries with curds, sautéed onion and mushrooms fried bacon peaces
top with gravy and a scoop of peas. Its awesome
Below is recipe to a poutine gravy.

Poutine Gravy
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the flour and whisk continuously until the mixture turns a golden brown color, about 3-4 minutes.
2. Gradually add the beef broth and chicken broth, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup , salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until it thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
This gravy is perfect for pouring over fries and cheese curds to make classic poutine.
