I'm not sure how many times I've now watched Chris make a gear cutter blank, but I'll never stop watching these. The work holding and order of operations are clean af

Perhaps many others have already suggested this, and perhaps you have already considered this...but if not, please consider adding your voice at the beginning of each of these short clips, simply saying "G'day, Chris here...". That would make a wonderful addition to many folks' day. I hope that you are not surprised by knowing that many of us still treasure beautiful things, and the human effort required to achieve them. Best regards from Colorado, USA.

I love the idea of using the DRO as a layout tool. Normally I would do that by hand before putting it in the mill. Why didn’t I think of that? So simple. Thank you for all the great videos!

Oooooooooo! G96 oil! I know that smell very well. It’s the smell of my childhood and my dad’s gun shop.

Yet another hammer I've never seen before appears here. When will you show us your hammer collection, Chris? Are there any other special hand tools to show off?

Looks like it is time to make yourself a shouldered washer with the pin incorporated into it for holding these cutters down. That would be an easy project for you and would remove the long pin spinning around as you are doing your work.
