Thanks for the video. You work the easiest way than others. I used dye from Tandy leathers before and it's okay, but not like your one I see. I just got the same dye you use and the fixer just days ago and will try to dye according to your video instruction. Although I can make good stuff and still needs some perfections. only I don't have a good press(has cheap one) and a skiver machine-like Nippy(cost a lot). If I was professional, I must be bought it sure. The problem is in Canada that not many people make fancy leather stuff and you can't find fancy tools here. so I bought online from Japan and China mostly.

I'm a new subscriber of your channel. Your work is very well done and I especially love the way you dye your leather. Which dye do you use? Alcohol based dye like fiebings? Do you dilute it with alcohol to make it lighter? Thanks. 👍

Thank you. I am an aqueous dye, not an alcohol. Spray water without dilution to control the color. If you use alcohol, the color is dark, so you need to use alcohol for dilution.
