What an awesome game idea for a roguelike! Congrats on the entry. The devlog itself is top-notch content as always 👌

Thanks! And glad you liked the video! Side note: I was actually just watching some of your deckbuilder stuff this week cause I've had an itch for the genre lately. Glad to see the channel's going strong!

Could you make a video about how the turn-based movement works in this game? It seems to be something like the old (first lol) ROGUE game, where enemies only move when you make an action (move, attack. etc). Or maybe just a quick explanation here instead of a video. Im trying to make an RPG with this type of movement and can't really find a lot about this on the web. Thank you!

Sure, a video's not a bad idea, but the quick answer is that there's a queue of entities that need to take a turn, including the player, and the game just cycles through them. It's all even driven so the game loop may tell the player it's their turn, then player presses a key and pings back that they've taken their turn. Then the game goes on to the next unit where the same thing happens again. Only difference is an AI just calculates where to go or what to do and then does it rather than waiting for player input.
