I love this knife. Very nice. One question. I see a lot of these videos wher the temper is removed and the tempered towards the end. I always found that to be strange since I assume the saw blade had a proper hardness already. What is the thought behind this process? Thanks in advance for any answers and thanks for the video. Seriously awesome.
