Making a knife - Made a knife with a double fuller in the blade, also called an S-grind.

This video shows you how I make my knives. You will see most steps of the knifemaking proces while the captions will explain what is going on. This knife in particular has a s-grind which is a bit harder to make than ordinary grinds and was exiting to try out, as this was a first time for me. The metal used is AEB-L, a perfect knife steel that is strong, easy to sharpen and above all, it is a stainless steel.

Beautiful build! Love that fuller. I don't quite have the confidence to cut in a fuller freehand like that. Nice work!

Thank you! I always thought I needed to make a jig or something to get that fuller done. But than I just gave it a go and there it was! I would just try it if I were you. In the beginning it feels and looks aweful and wobbly, but once you get deeper you can feel the groove and just follow it, and it will even out. You got this!
