I love your wallet! What glue do you use to adhere the fabric to the leather? And do you spread it out all over the leather before laying on the fabric?

lisa Colarusso hey lisa, i line my wallets also i have been using super 88 or 77 spray adhesive, it works well.

What sort of leather is that? what are you using to burnish?

This is Full grain pull up cow hide. To burnish the edges using a wood slicker and gum tragacanth.

Yep similar to horween chromoexcel. But of course chromoexcel is of much higher quality.

To be honest! The leather is so thin and flimsy and the wallet feels cheap, I’ve seen better wallets with better craftsmanship.

It only looks cheap because of the colorful pattern and the contrast stitching. With a more subdued color combination, it can look more professional.
