99.6% (conservative estimate) of cell phone owners add screen protectors.
@johnsmithington31674 жыл бұрын
@@MasconLeather Conservative estimate at 99.6%? Not sure making guesses at statistics will help sales. Of the four phones in this household, only one has a screen protector.
@MasconLeather4 жыл бұрын
It’s simple, really. If it bothers someone, get a screen protector. Additionally, I’m not after “sales”. I’m after making the highest quality goods and providing ground breaking customer service.
@johnsmithington31674 жыл бұрын
@@MasconLeather Like I said, it's a nice case, if you put a screen protector on, but one would hope (and maybe think) that this case wouldn't require one. But getting that defensive and making up stats to back your product feels counter productive to customer service, if you're goal is indeed 'groundbreaking customer service'. Like the stat, I would avoid meaningless buzzwords such as 'ground breaking', because you need customers to have customer service and the demand to supply (sales). Mind you, this is all just the opinion of a potential customer, take it however you see fit though it wasn't meant to be antagonistic. Good luck.
@MasconLeather4 жыл бұрын
All very well said. Indeed. All valid as well. And I appreciate the feedback. If a client requests any sort of “layer” added to the piece, it would be accommodated. 99% of what I do is made to order (as was this piece). So adding something is part of the process. This wasn’t a video to announce “I made this, do you want one”? It was “a client has requested this, I’m obliging, I’ll go ahead and show how I accomplished it for him / her”. It’s certainly not the end all, be all for cell phone case design. See the difference? Your initial comment implied “he makes cases without proper forethought”. When in fact, it’s identical to the client request. That’s all I was inferring. Again, thanks for the feedback. 👍

Thanks for the video
@MasconLeather4 жыл бұрын
You’re wrong on a few levels. It’ll stay shut within 3 days of use. I don’t need to thin anything. My clients expect the thickness of my items. Case overlap = the stitching is just visible down the eye line if the case edge. That’s how I prefer aesthetically. If you don’t like that, don’t buy my items. And make yours differently. How YOU prefer. Please let me see your items on social media and public so I can “tell you” what’s wrong. (FYI, i wouldn’t actually do that because I’d only suggest. I’d not demand you’re wrong, as you’ve done here.). It’s called professional courtesy. And thanks for the final kind words after all of your Odd demands. 🤘
