Oh my god - watching this gave me such a nostalgia kick, and I realized it's because I bought one of these from you in 2010! Ordered it from my Blackberry lol. After years of admiring leather work, I'm finally trying to make some of my own, and it warms my heart to know that I've been my teacher's customer in the past. Glad you're still working on your craft.

Can you tell us which thread ages better (since the stitching isn't recessed)? Ritza? Maine? Would love to see a small tutorial on your exacto knife grip.. Spot on sense of taste as always fella.

They all seem to hold up fine if they're synthetic - only time I've ever had broken threads was from work I made back in 2011 with cotton/linen thread, that seemed to have a shelf life of around 3-5 years and came in for repairs around 2015-17. What would you like to know about the exacto? We don't have a plan for a tutorial but happy to explain as best I can!

Corter Leather Thanks fella :) I was curious on if the stitches flatten out and mushroom without a stitch groover. My question about the grip is index finger placement, and if you had any tips. I'd love to use a detailed knife like a no 2 but I almost have to use a three finger grip which prevents wrist rotation.. Relegated to using a Stanley.

He visto mucho de tus vídeos y todos tus trabajos son excelentes... una recomendación, podrías utilizar música de fondo? Tal vez sea más dinámico el proceso de elaboración! Saludos!

you can use oils or waxes or conditioners - whatever you'd like! The oils from your hands will usually be enough to keep it moisturized with daily use too

I think you just buy a snap adapter for all conchos. Have you figured it out ?
