Would love more beer and wine content! Great video

If you don't need this to be "Mexican lager", I've had great results with Lallemand's Nova Lager strain. It can be done at higher temps(my last ferment was done at 64). I recommend giving it a try.

Thanks for the video. I am just beginning making a little bit of beer myself. I like your presentation of your mead videos. I am sure you will do a great job on making beer videos too.

I would love to see you branch out and try more recipes, some country wines with honey would be really cool

I was so confused when your video was playing chrono trigger music, because i had another tab open playing chrono trigger music earlier today. And I didn't understand how it was happening that it was playing despite being paused. So I opened your video up in different tabs, and closed everything else, and it was still playing chrono trigger music, then i started rewinding your video over and over, but I still don't believe it.

So what exactly makes a “‘Mexican lager” a “Mexican” lager??
@NoahFagel Жыл бұрын
From what I've heard and the few I had, I would say a crisp, really pale, low bitterness lager. Usually with lots of corn (grain or flaked) used instead of specialty grains.
