Is there justification in my annoyance at yo-yo being good on every build? Same with duct tape. I feel like they should be not nerfed wholesale, necessarily, but maybe made more specialized. Although, maybe you just like them a lot.

It's not that they are inherently good, it's that they are enablers. I get the frustration though. They're absolute garbage without proper things around them. If you have those things, suddenly these two items enable crazy combos. It makes it seem like these things are the problem, but it's really just another part of the game. You don't *need* them, but they can help you do things. I couldn't tell you what kind of fix they might need because that kind of seems to be how the power scaling of this game goes. Sometimes you get the nuts, sometimes you get two wins and can't do anything after that.

No, the devs have not announced the day it's going into Open Beta yet. Likely because they're currently on their winter break.

Just a two cents thing since in a couple videos you've mentioned that you don't like running the same items over and over. (understandably so) But as a viewer, I do get an extreme kick out of items that scale the longer they're used; cash canon, dog, tent city mayor, etc, and just seeing how far you can take them. I love seeing those types of runs, so two dog games back to back is no problem for me as a viewer. However I also understand not wanting to play those back to back because running the same stuff over and over has got to get boring eventually lol
