Another awesome documentary! I've never understood how, and why it is that we let other countries produce our products at a cheaper cost. In my book, that's just unforgivable. It's not just Australia, but here in the USA, most of the jobs have disappeared in favour of products and services either made in China, or parts made in China, and then assembled in our respective countries. How is that a good thing? 😡

It's not just China that manufactures most products to Western Countries such as Australia and the U.S, there are other third world countries like India, Thailand, Mexico, Sri Lanka and of course, Bangladesh with their cheap labour.

Blame the end consumer! ALWAYS chasing a cheaper price. And don’t forget the “AUSSIE CRINGE” about our stuff not as good as overseas: in the 70’s the Datsuns and toyotas came stuffed with fuel economy, a radio, a clock in some, carpeting, bucket seats for the same price as the big 3. Fact.

Globalism, evil agendas and destruction of western countries is the reason, all of it well planned and executed. Australians keep voting for the same junk political parties and now we're truly stuffed. People can't afford to rent living in tents.

I've found this series fascinating, but I could use some subtitles. I can figure out the slang from context, but I'm an American and just not used to some of the accents. Just as I'm sure Australians might have trouble understanding me if I used my deepest Texas accent.
