Making a Red Bull Soapbox Racer for Sir Elton John - Welding the Frame

Technically I'm the one dressed as sir Elton John. But it still counts as a tribute ;)
We entered the Red Bull soapbox race (Belgium) and built a grand piano to go downhill as fast as possible. In this video I'm making the frame, so a lot of welding. Look foreward to the following videos to see the finished racer!

I am just curious how many times you got burned by the sparks from the welding since you weren't wearing pants or a long sleeve? You better make sure those welds are good, you don't want to have something break during the event.
