Hi Marco instead of using acrylic paint on your silicone sculpts I might recommend using oil paints mixed with caulking silicone (the stuff that comes in tubes) and then thinning it down with naptha. I’ve have been taking online classes at StanWinstonschool.com (an online school run by people who make animatronics, Small sculpts and all things to do with Sfx.) They have a tutorial on how to paint silicone and tim gore (the guy running the class) uses acetone to clean the silicone before painting it with thinned down oil paint and silicone. And I wonder if you can make a Paleo accurate Dinosaur like this one, I'm in love with the Spinosauridae family but in particular the Spinosaurus is my favorite since I was a young child. By the way, here in Argentina, there is a cold porcelain which is flexy. You sculpt something with it and then when it dries, it is like rubber made. The bran is "Nicron" (porcelana fria flexi)

I make dinosaurs as a hobby but I use popsicles sticks, hot glue, & finally duct tape also looking at this video. I genuinely curious if you do commissions? for your rubber dinosaur series my good sir. If you do commissions or if I learn how to make rubber dinosaurs, I’d love to make a Torvosaurus since its my favorite theropod. Along with basing the model Torvo off the “Elvis specimen” & the color pattern based on “Fred Wierum” illustration of, T. Tanneri which is also the same species the Elvis specimen belongs too.
