I was wondering how to approach attaching the larger part of the goblet to the bottom. The best I could come up was a 5 point punty bridge inside the tube and then use the smith little to smooth it out after... but, then, you pulled out that badass Italian tool that perfectly serves that purpose. You are blessed indeed to have the resources you have and thank you always for sharing them.

The other way is to cool your cup and hold it in your hand for the attachment. As long as you only heat your alvolio you should be able to get away with attaching a cold up to a hot stem.

Great video!! The exotic colours are still produced by Northstar glass, and the mixes have gotten much better over the years. Theres red, blue, and green exotic, and theres also caramel which is a very silvery yellow. Both red exotic and caramel mushroom implosions will form auras on the caps when left to cycle in the kiln for a few weeks.

Ill add though that Ive come to prefer Penumbra by Glass Alchemy to blue exotic for a silvery blue.

I have a Beth bravo and I wished I went with a gtt, the Beth just melts so slow. Gtt is by far the industry favorite.
