Nice job! Also here is a suggestion: build a nether mob switch so that mobs will not interfere your work. I know you summon bots to keep it loaded, but do not let them ride the minecart. I think it explains why it broke.

I have a nether mobswitch. It was so boring it didn't make it into the video, but I made it before starting this project. I summoned the bots stationary on the nether roof.

For update suppression in 1.19+ without downgrading or making update skippers I recommend a mod called carpet fixes. It's not very well known and it brings back update supression/item shadowing with the reIntroduceInstantBlockUpdates and reIntroduceItemShadowing features. Also I love the videos and the amount of effort you put into every video!
