Those stairs look awesome. You wouldn't want to do that in an area that gets snow or ice the uneven surface would make you slip and fall almost every time. My stairs are out a bit due to shifting over the years and I've had plenty of falls going down them especially this year because of it; It's a good thing I'm a young guy. I'll be ripping them out in the spring and re-doing them. I love how your stairs turned out it looks really nice.
I am amazed at how hard this wood is and does not break in the grooves!... and the charm of the birds and Gwin ... and you!

As with every other project you have created, the stairs & “railings” are artistic, & interesting - far more so than just straight sticks of wood! Your cabin/home stands out from all the rest. Looks wondrous with the addition of lights gleaming in the dark of night. ✨💫✨

I really love the way you give a happy smile when you pet & talk to your furbabies...stay happy&healthy Sir much love & prayers.. Godbless🥰🙏💖

It's been eight months since GWIN, a stray cat, came to my cabin. He used to be so noisy all the time, but now he can finally relax at home(main house, with Yona). I will try not to take him out too much from now on to prevent injuries and accidents. Please understand that the frequency of his appearance in the videos may decrease.

Love the "tortured" aspect, he owns it. Looking at the Sentinels, and seeing the winds as they come over that hill, the idea came to me - Red House. Over these years, watching each bit, forever inspired. I sit on this bed, literally broken but healing, having collected a nice saw like the man here, also the sickle, hand version, I have one too now, intend on using it soon. Your body so limber, your heart so strong, thank you for sharing the beauty and energy of Hutte Brucke, or for me, Red House. Amazing, so totally amazing...

I just wanted to stop in and tell you how much I appreciate your videos they relax me so much and they do a lot more than just show me what you're doing in the mountains and how you're making things and spending time in the cabin It's a lot more than that to me. You see I have a government job that I get up at 4:00 in the morning and work until probably 12:00 1:00 in the afternoon I work at home right now and I stared at a computer all day. When I see your videos on for example how you eat light and how you stay slim yet we don't see a workout routine you're actually doing staying active in the mountains that speaks volumes to me. I had a cat named Mr who died in December he was my very best friend and when I see your cat it brings me peace. When I see you in the mountains in the cabin with not a lot of people noise and the trees and everything you planted I'm envious because I really want to learn how to do this in my backyard. Anyway I don't want to keep this long I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you as I'm here in New Mexico dreaming of mountains and being able to be peaceful and active as you are Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos.

Brucke, I love your small sickle blade. Did you make that or improve on an old design? I cut most of my trim grass/weeds with a small scythe and it works well. I often need to get around posts and really tight places my scythe blade won't go. Your little blade looks perfect for that. Thanks for sharing!
