Making a Stiletto Knife from an Old File

In this video you can watch step by step how I made a Stiletto Knife out of an Old File and scrap pieces of aluminium and wood.
It has a total length of 26cm / 10.23 inches.
Blade length 15cm / 5.90 inches & Handle length 11cm / 4.33 inches.
Total cost ….almost zero!!! I only paid around 3-4 euros for the sandpapers I used.

You need to spend some money in order to buy some basic tools and then spend a lot of time doing what you like. If you like what you do you will get skills as well, no doubt about it. Until my early 30's I used to work at the marketing department of various multinational companies. I got sick and tired of this fake world, I quit and became a gardener! At the same time I discovered that I love creating/restoring all kinds of things so in my mid 40's I created this DIY KZbin channel in order to share my creations with other people! I will turn 50 in August. It's never too late to start doing what you really want. You only need to take the first step! 😊👍👍

I just discoveed you channel and instructional videos and is amazed by the way you work, It doesnt matter where you come froom but the way you go ahaed. I am an old Norwegian log builder and profiled wood carver making hand carved traditional doors and i give you a challange, Truth or dare, would you dare to make a Norwegian laft axe in any way you know? have done it myself by cutting welding hardening and griinding not the traditional way, I have reasons to believe you can make the axe if you want, a great challange man.
