I have been watching your videos for awhile now, I finally decided to make an order. I’m so happy with my order and was debating ordering an artisan soap because I already ordered so many other things and couldn’t choose. You ended up adding one for free. All of her products are amazing. I was in Bath and Body Works last month checking out their Christmas scents, and I bought a soap and a lotion, but I honestly love Roalty Soaps much better. The simple soaps definitely have an allure to them. Just imagine watching it get smaller as you use it but the design stays all the way through. So you are always grabbing a pretty bar of soap when you take your shower. Thank you for brightening my day, just what I needed!

I can't resist a beautiful splash of 4 to 6 vibrant colors together, but I have to admit this soap is beautiful too. That cocoa powder line coupled with the simple colors makes the soap look like it was pulled straight out of a cartoon.

I like both the simpler and the more complex ones, they both have their place. What I don’t ever order is the frosted ones. I think they look really pretty, but when buying soaps I need to think practically first, and the artisan soaps are just so much easier to use. So it’s always the artisan or sampler packs for me.

I'm with you on grown up me having similar but more refined taste. Young Chris wanted everything to be all the colors all the time. Grown up Chris knows that's ok,but she can add more neutral and have POPS/areas of all the color and it will still look nice and be fun. Same aesthetic idea, but a more refined vision lol.

I'd probably want a simpler soap for everyday use. If you have guests over, you could still keep them out and it conveys a more refined look. Plus, as someone else mentioned, you don't lose as much of the design as you go through the soap. That said, I would still want a few over-the-top fun soaps, just to treat myself once in a while!

I’m a sucker for simpler soaps like this one. It is not the really simple soap with only texture and 1 colour. It’s like simple but also complex enough. The line is amazing and the ghost swirl is so muted and perfect, the colour contrast is chefs kiss! And the little peppercorns are the cherry on top. If I wasn’t so allergic to scents I’d order this soap in a heartbeat!

I love both. I love to see the way you translate the scents with the design and how you interpret the designs through the scents. I love to watch the bright and fun ones the most, but tend to go for the more subtle ones when I buy (which is important for your bottom line).

You mentioned a "ghost swirl." If you're interested in simple beauty, I recommend an actual ghost swirl: the soap is all one color (usually uncolored), and the design comes from varying the lye concentration in different portions of the soap -- e.g., 2.5:1 in one cup, 2:1 in a second cup, and 1.5:1 in the third. The design is quite striking. I think Auntie Clara developed it, but it's been part of the Amy Warden challenge. You could totally do this, and it would be cool to see what you could do in a completely white soap. It could even have a high top and clear MP embeds and opalite stones. That would be cool.
