I would not have confidence in this bag right away but if it works, it works.

I have had multple bags made quickly, and never major problems. The bag sometimes might become fragile in some places with too little tape, but some extra tape for reinforcement can prevent problems.

Pretty ingenious. Sometime you just need sometime temporary and easy to repair out in the middle of nowhere. On a long event your bags take such a beating when it is wet and dirty. This is water proof for the most part and a little duck tap can repair rips. I remember one year someone made custom carbon fibre bags for their bike for the Transcontinental Race. This is more quick, effective and light weight.

It is actually a used flap from the former framebag (the one from the GCN video). Just a random (but strong) peace of plastic with velcro straps sticked to it. If you have the right velcro straps with glue like tape on one side, it is just sticking them to the plastic; nothing special, 10 seconds work.
