Making a Survival Slingshot from Rebar

I hot bended steel rebar and made slingshot. It is easy project that don't require lot of tools and time.
I used theraband gold slingshot bands.

The only thing that will last in a survival situation is agriculture, food storage, and knife skills. You're not going to have rubber for slingshots, and everything on 4 legs will be dead. Glass blowing would be a valuable skill.

From experience I learned that if you heat steel and quench it in oil it form some kind of protective layer against corrosion.

молодец что пытаешься делать что-то остальное опыт. арматурная сталь крайне не удачный выбор она мягкая и тяжелая, дальше идем и встречаем сопромат монолит арматура не нужна трубка гораздо лучше была бы и легче. эти ребра на арматуре они для зацепа с раствором на жесткость никак не влияют. закалка божественна масло даже не вскипело ) крепление резины крайне упоротое .

Из арматурной стали можно сделать зубило просто заточить и можно рубить метал она не мягкая если конечно не китайская халтура

@@user-yv1cg6wm2h скажи плз из дерево,фанеры или алюминки можно сделать рогатку +- подобной формы которая будет выдерживать все нагрузки и будет значительно легче. ок я согласен на стальную трубку. но в видео то же самое что ты будешь нарезать салатики калуном. можно но нахер нужно.
