The Tacca Leontopetaloides root (Cu Huyen) is a specialty of the An Giang mountain land. At the end of the year, the people here are busy harvesting Tacca Leontopetaloides root to grind into powder and dry. Because of the bitterness, only when it is made into powder we can use it easily.
Tacca Leontopetaloides powder can be used for cooking sweet soup, making little cakes, making vermicelli noodles, drinking like arrowroot starch, very cool and many effects to support healing.
The leaf stalk of Tacca Leontopetaloides trees are often salted pickle, cooked sour soup, baked soup, and stewed fish is also delicious.
