Wood burning pen / soldering iron made a few months ago
Many problems have been found.
So this time I made a new wood burning pen with an upgraded version.
I failed several times and eventually succeeded in making a durable
and clean wood burning pen.
People say failure is the springboard to success.
A short failure video was also included in the entire video.
We hope this helps you a lot in making wood burning pens or soldering irons.
Material list:
Wire 1.7mm
Nichrome wire thickness 0.1mm length 20cm
Stainless steel pipe outer diameter 8mm, inner diameter 6mm, length 5cm
Instant adhesive
Glass insulation tube
Copper wire diameter 1.7cm
Sleeve outer diameter 3mm inner diameter 1.8mm
24 volt 1 amp adapter
Mini switch

You did not give up on failures many times and you succeeded in the end. You are amazing. Your advice will help many people. However, this burning pen is also not perfect. This can easily break down. But if you can make this, fixing it isn't that hard. Through this experience you will make a better burning pen.
