Man am I ever glad to see you. I'm not in any way trying to pressure you to push yourself to do more in the shop but I have about 10 men I watch every week. You are one of them so I am glad to have this hole at least somewhat filled again. God Bless my friend.

Thanks Frank. It's good to be back. I was able to get out to the shop last week to film this show and although it is just a simple little project, it felt great to be in my shop again doing something productive. Thanks for all your support.

oh yeah the man is back in town. Glad you're back kenny,although i don't know the issues you're having,im glad a favorite of mine is back. I had a minor setback while you've been gone myself. my jointer got mad and took the end of my finger for lunch. want to remind everyone not to get complacent in the shop. thanks for the awesome lil build.
@acutabove_woodworkings8 жыл бұрын
For me, it was a 90% blockage in the main artery to my heart. The blockage is cleared now and I am in cardiac rehab, but it is going well. Not good to hear about the jointer incident. I agree with your statement to not become complacent. 100% awareness at all time folks. Thanks for tuning in Chad.

You deserve many more subscribers
@acutabove_woodworkings6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the kind words. I truly appreciate it. The reason I don't have more subscribers is because I refuse to monetize the show and subject my viewers to advertisements. So because of that, I don't make a dime from the show and of course, I have to pay for the show out of my own pocket. That, in turn, makes it so that KZbin doesn't promote my show like they do the ones that monetize. I'm glad that you found me and I hope that you will take the time to leave more comments on other programs of mine. Thanks for tuning in.

Cool idea! Did you punch any holes in the resonator plastic? Or did you leave it solid?
@acutabove_woodworkings8 жыл бұрын
Left the resonator ring solid. There is a little play in it but the air will escape through the 3/8" hole drilled in the back side of the kazoo. Really was a fun project to make.

Thanks for the kind words on the show. Flame box elder is available from many sources. I got this particular stock from Texas, US. Google "flame box elder" for a supplier in your area. You could also visit www.woodbarter.com and request if anyone there would have any for purchase. A great bunch of guys over at that site.

You are so goofy -- I love it! 🙃 Cool hammer. I've never seen one like that. Where'd you get the punches? Did you ever make a rack for your kazoo? Thanks.

Goofy is what I do best Barb. I bought the punches at a local Princess Auto store for fairly cheap and they work great although I did have to sharpen them to get them to cut half decently. I never did make a rack for this kazoo however, it does fit in my harmonica rack so that works too. Thanks for tuning in again and for taking the time to leave me a comment. It's appreciated.
