Making an Apple Jack freeze distilled 40% abv. spirit in the freezer

Here I make Apple Jack. A freeze distilled spirit (technically freeze concentrated) made from hard cider fermented form store bought apple juice.
Freeze distillation is perfectly legal in the UK but please check with your local laws before doing it in any other country. I'm not responsible if you get caught running shine.
