Very cute necklace but...With the eye and headpin remainders you can also save all of that wire you cut off to make more looped pins. Also do not waste a link of chain by cutting it...open it with your pliers.

How do you get the loop so close to the bead? I have three sizes of the loopers, and none of them make the loop that close to the bead. There is always extra space on the headpins between the loop and the bead and the bead moves around.

This is a delicate process. Beads like fluorite, you don't want to get too close to the bead because fluorite is very soft and will break. These are created turquoise and should be a bit more sturdy. You just have to hold the end of the head pin right up to the end of the bead and then make sure the bead is pressed right up onto the looper. Sometimes you will have just a bit of space at the top where the loop occurs, but it won't really make your design look any less special. You're best bet is to be mindful of the bead your using and whether or not it has the hardness to withstand being pressed right up on the metal of the looper.

These are pre-made eye pins and head pins! You can use 24ga wire to make your own headpins and eye pins as well. The basic 1.5mm looper as linked in the description. However, you can use a larger one. It's really about personal preference of your design! 😉

What size tube beads are you using?
@JewelSchool
@JewelSchool 2 жыл бұрын
These are approximately 12X8mm tube beads. Here is a link to the exact ones used in the video. The ones used are the next to the longest of the tube beads in this set. You can also use the longest at 16x10mm, if you want! www.jtv.com/product/blue-turquoise-simulant-cylinder-bead-strand-set-of-10-in-6-sizes-appx-14-15-/JLW12224?mcid=XSOjsyt

Is there a video of how to make those hoop earrings you are wearing
@JewelSchool

Here is the basic tutorial! Instead, you would add the bead to the main hoop. The connection to close it at the top and add the ear wire is the same! Hoops with Dangles: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6vOqoKZgtt7g9E
