Hey Josh. Great episode, lovely game. I have a few suggestions of things you can do in this series... 1. You have already done it 2. Tame a horse: if you take a horse and you have some saddles, you can ride him and you can use it as a faster mean of transportation. Also use a name tag to name him properly. Build a proper stable for him. 3. Tame a dog and a cat: always a fun project. Dogs can escort you and when mobs attack you they will help you. Cats are more useless but nonetheless great to have. Don't forget to feed them and also use name tags. Build them a pretty house somewhere. 4. Feed a dolphin and he will guide you to a ship wreck... a good amount of exploration. 5. Secure your land with fences and lights (torches are old fashioned; try building Jack o lanterns or other sources of light). When you have your landspace secured out the venomous plants in front of the fence as a security measure. 6. Put the bell you stole from the village somewhere. It's a nice prop. 7. In that newly discovered lake, because you want to preserve it, build a fishing dock. You will have to build a fishing pole but then you can get fish, enchanted armored from the water. That's all🤗

Get iron armor instead of gold. Easier to find iron, it lasts longer and gives better protection. It is better in every way. Just a tip tho

Josh do these please: 1. Put carpet on top of the fence for your animals so u don’t have to do the double fence thing and the Animals can’t jump on it aswell 2. Hellooooo, The next staircase should be where you were thinking (in line with the other one) put glass in the gap but make it the thinner kind that someone else commented a couple of episodes ago... or instead of glass, use the leaves you got from the trees to make a nice wall that is different to the clean stone and glass ones. I would also suggest to make your enchantment room a bit bigger, it's to squashed together... Please get more sheep, make new farms for chickens and pigs (all in separate farm obviously). Make a little kitchen on the right when you walk in (build in to the mountain more) I like the idea of building the ovens into the wall. Loving the decorative episodes by the way! Ps. I love this series! Wish it was more frequent (but I know you're a busy person) and to be uploaded a bit earlier pleaseeee :) also Simon said in one of his videos (I think a Reddit or Subreddit one - I am like Simon, no idea how it works) that he wants to play Minecraft! - two of my favourite KZbinrs! -You can make iron ingots if you fill the whole crafting table with iron nuggets - for enchanting just read this guide its much more than any of us can say combined minecraft.gamepedia.com/Enchanting -Replace your gold armor with iron amor, lasts longer and is more durable -Get a smoker(cooks food faster) and a blast furnace (smelts ores faster) -Get multiple iron golems and put them on a leash so they dont get lost -Get some sheep for your farm -maybe decorate your house with red carpets. -Tame a horse. Makes going round faster -Go on a diamond hunt until you get most stuff diamond like your sword and armor -Go to the nether by building a portal, get a blaze rod, make a brewing stand. You should also get soul sand because the spawner farm doesnt work without it. Also going to the nether makes for great videos. dont attack the pigmen in the nether or they will all attack you. - give some food to a dolphin so he leads you to shipwrecks, but in order to get to shipwrecks you need to enchant your helmet with Respiration(allows you to breathe longer underwater) and your boots with Depth Strider(allows you to swim faster).In deep water or rivers be careful of drowned. They're like underwater zombies and some of them have tridents(the fork thing that poseidon, the greek water god got) I genuinely hope Josh reads this, even though i worote like a whole bookcase full of books. I mean the more we write, the more help Josh gets and it keeps the series going and also he AND us get entertained. I can write much more as I have nothing to do with my life. If Josh reads this, I'll even pull up on ig.

Josh it takes 15 bookcases to complete an enchanting table and they can have a 1 gap difference from it at most, meaning the 1 bookcase you placed at the top is ineffective

Loving the series so far, so chilled to watch but heres a few suggestions 1. Use an anvil to add enchanted books to weapons/amour, you can also combine books to create a better enchant as well (eg combining two efficiency 2's make efficiency 3) 2. I don't know if the current library set up actually helps, believe the best way to do it is in a semi circle/ U shape and only two blocks high, (also believe it 15 bookshelves for full enchantments) 3. If you want more books go back to the two villages you found and destroy all the bookcases as it drops 3 books when you do 4. If you really love clean stone try get a silk touch pickaxe and it will drop as stone not cobblestone when you break it(bookshelves will also drop as themselves if you break them to make the point above easier^^) 5. Make the water-source into a fishing dock so you can fish. 6. Make iron amour not gold. 7. Play with Vikk! (he can help with the mob grinders)

In order to use the enchanted books you need anvil and then you can apply the enchantments onto things and rename them and repair them. Loving the series btw 👍🏽👌🏽

Tips: Use iron armour Use iron pickaxe for clearing out rooms so you have diamond pickaxe for longer In the crafting table, hold down left click and drag the item around to spread it equally. Shift click the final product to get as much as possible. Use coloured glass panes on the balcony instead of fences

josh next you should make an anvil (3 iron blocks, 4 iron) to combine your books with your items. item first then book. or with the anvil you can repair your diamond items with diamonds (item in the first slot, then diamond .) also you can rename your items :) like so josh can see

the sweeping edge enchantment increases the damage of a sweep attack. in order to do the sweep attack, you must be standing still or holding shift. the attack cool down must also be full in order to do a sweep attack. sprinting and attacking at the same time will stop you from being able to do a sweep attack.

Hi Josh love your series. I think this could be helpful for you: - For max 30 level enchantment table you need 15 bookshelves. In case of your tools and weapons: Sword - Sharpness *as high as possible, Unbreaking *II or III*, Fire Aspect II, Looting III Pickaxe - Efficiency V, Unbreaking III, Fortune III (if possible) -and you should make another one with Silk touch, Unbreaking and Efficiency so you can mine block as it is, for example stone will not turn into cobblestone, instead it will drop itself so that you don't need to smelt cobblestone into clean stone anymore. Shovel - Unbreaking III, Efficiency (III-V) Get rid of gold set and make an iron set if you can't make diamond. On your best armor set you should put: Helmet - Protection *as high as possible*, Unbreaking *II or III* Chestplate - Protection *as high as possible*, Unbreaking *II or III* Leggings - Protection *as high as possible*, Unbreaking *II or III* Boots - Feather falling *III or IV*, Depth Strider *II or III*, Protection *as high as possible*, Unbreaking *II or III* -but my recomendation for you is to go for diamond set with these enchants, because it's way more worth it. - You are going to need for a full set *24 diamonds* and with fortune on your pickaxe (if you can get it) it should be very easy. Remember that diamonds can be easily found through level 5 to 12 but i would recommend going on level 11 and mining. Strip mining to be exact which means you mine in a straight line for couple of blocks than you turn around leave one block of a previous tunnel that you dug and start again in different way, you should be able to see every diamond that are there. - Also you should make ANVIL so that you can combine your enchantments. -If the xp is problem you should go and find a mob spawner and set up near your base so you can grind xp whenever you need it or go in the nether and mine a quartz. Hoping this was helpful.

Widen up your bedroom and put carpets and item frames and plant pots in there. • You make plant pots with three (cooked)clay which you find in lakes underwater • You’ve already made item frames but you could also put paintings in there. • you male carpet by putting three bits of wool in a line in the crafting table (you can put carpet on fences and be able to jump over it but animals can’t)

i was watching at 20:09 when i commmented this, so don't flame me if he fixes his mistakes later on in the episodes Here are some tips for you! : 1. Yes you can make automatic farm, but it's kinda more semi automatic since you have to press a button, but it will automatically replant itself, i believe you need villagers to replant them. But it is a really complicated piece of machinery. 2. You can craft item faster by left click and dragging them so it kinda does all the items (idk how to say this) 3. Iron armor is better than gold armor, easier to find, more durability, gives more 'armor thingy' 4. The bookshelves placement at the enchanting table place is not effective, in order to be effective and has level 30 enchantments, try doing a simple just shelves all around the enchanting table making a kinda a square with the enchanting table at the middle, and leave 1 block open for you to get in, should be 15 bookshelves. 5. Iron golem can go missing, a lot. So what you need to do is, place it near the area you want it to patrol, then place a fence, and uses a lead to tie him to the fence so he doesnt go missing.

If you hold left click when crafting, it divides like a stack into what you want to craft like if u were crafting a bunch of paper, hold left click and it evenly spreads out the stack so u don't have to individually split it yourself.

You should build the next floor to the right of your house ( your bedroom side) And you should also build up to the roof. For outside your base put some vines on them And remember to put glass on top of your tunnel Make a watch tower on top And where all your stairs are at to your mining are make a room through that going to the right side of your base bcuz there is a lot of area there

With enchanted books you have to combine them with the piece you are trying to enchant (flame with a bow) in an anvil. Using an anvil also cost levels as well as an enchantment table.

Quick tip: If you wanna use up all your paper for example when you were making a book instead of holding down right click and dragging it across in the crafting table hold down left click and drag it across it will use all your paper instead of placing one individually. Saves time and works with practically anything
