making an extra sparkly resin diamond

In this video I show how I made an extra sparkly diamond using resin.
to create the extra facets inside the diamond I used some tiny mirrored mosaic pieces pushed into some blue tack in a bowl shaped arrangement. I sealed them together using a little UV resin. I decorated the back of the mirrored dish with a metallic nail varnish and then added some glittery nail varnish over the top.
I used 1:1 ratio epoxy resin and a 3D diamond resin mould. I added some iredescent nail art flakes to add sparkle and reflections.

Hello, I found the diamond mould, resin and mirrored tiles on Ebay. The nail varnishes came from the pound shop (£1 shop). Hope that helps and thank you for your lovely comment.
