The main failure is mostly like local bending in bottom chord or local buckling of this member?

I think it was a member buckling under compression load.

You need to put your truss kickers (the yellow tensions on a 45 degree angle) the other way instead of going from the top left to bottom right they should go from top right to bottom left if looking at it as in your thumbnail for the over hang and then reverse the ones on the table as well.

@@stanlee2200 it is a cantilever bending, the diagonals should be in tension, how he has placed them is correct. if he puts them as you say, they will be in compression, which is not good since the structure is supposed to be as light as possible.
