Phoenix is hands down the best engineered web framework in 2024. Not sure how there’s little jobs for elixir though… most are JS

Because of what you said. It is the best engineered and most productive framework. Hence, you don’t need a ton of people to maintain a simple web site .

@@avwie132 I'm saying the choice between React Vue or something like Angular is like racing a Tesla versus a Honda civic. It's a no brainer to use Phoenix its complete e2e. Any react framework simple cannot compete with it. NextJS has improved but Phoenix will literally update the user's CSS live when a new deployment is out... React will probably never get there.

@@perc-ai you didn’t understand what I meant. The fact that there are way more Js jobs is because Js stacks are a nightmare to maintain and the turnover is high. As such it takes a legion of programmers to maintain something simple.

Berkeley Mono from US Graphics (previously Berkeley Graphics) costs something like 75 USD I was skeptical about it but now I can't wait for the v2 to come out
