I made these fries and wow. I was reliving my younger days eating Rallys fries.. i did make some tweaks because my store didnt have it.. but i used chipotle powder instead of ancho but everythin else was to the T i didnt have a spiral cutter just traditional straight cut here... i had to watch the temp because it drop below 350 but all in all these will be a thing for my house hold thanks !
