Making Aroma Stone using Gypsum Powder vs Plaster | Which one better?

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to share my very first project of making aroma stone. In this video, i'll be using the gypsum powder and also the plaster of paris. Let see which one give a better finishing :)
♡ Ratio for Gypsum : 50g (gypsum) : 16g (water)
♡ Ratio for Plaster : 50g (plaster) : 25g (water)

How is gypsum different from plaster of paris?

During mixing gypsum is much more easier to and smoother. And more easier to mix with water. Both outcome is same.

Which is pure white ?? Cement or plaster or gypsum?

I'm not sure how pure white you refer to but i think all of them will give me a white result. In this video, plaster turn out to be more white due to the colour i mix them with. Pink gave warmer colour which blue gave cool tone.

Hi I have a question the top of the clay feel smooth after de mold but the bottom of the clay feel kind of powdery. Does this happen to you?

If it was powdery, you can always sand it away to make it more even.

hi, the ratio is 100 gram of gypsum : 32 grams of water :)

Gypsum is generally safe to use. However, it is important to handle gypsum powder with care and to follow appropriate safety guidelines when using it. Inhaling large amounts of gypsum powder dust can irritate the lungs and cause respiratory problems. Therefore, it is recommended to wear a mask and protective gloves when handling and using gypsum powder.

@@simisvlog8140 It’s not safe if the aroma stone were still in powder during the process making. After it turn into stone. Everything will be set. It’s safe :)
