How do we create this visualizations ? Can we use algorithms to generate data through pictures ? if so does anyone have an Idea little insight how to do it ?

That would be a possibility, in Sougwen Chung's TED talk she speaks about it a bit. She even used footage from security cameras in NY to track movement. You can use anything really. Tracking data and algorithms can all be made visual.
