Cool device. But what is about typing? Is that really good for typing? Do you use it for typing?

Nice concept, and it seems really responsive. I can understand that typing requires some practice, but as it should be a keyboard replacement I really looking forward to some videos about it. Only simple gestures would miss the point for such a device. So how does it perform when using it for typing text with your left hand when holding a pencil with your right one? Would it eventually out perform the onscreen keyboard? Because I think the (Magic) keyboard is still faster, especially with two hands.

I have a TapXR unit and cant get it to Tap when I reconnect it to a new device. I have to leave it alone for a while. Did you face something similar or are you facing that issue now?

Great video but for me this gadget is a bit gimmicky if you need to have your hand on a surface. I would rather have something where i can use my thumb as the navigator and then touch the tips of your other fingers for input. This way you dont need a surface and no doubt it will register better. I have seen devices like this in the past but cant find a video of it sadly.

Does tap code equal morse code?
@ArtandDesign6 ай бұрын
Not exactly, it is it's own layout and supports multiple fingers to refer to a specific letter. It's more sophisticated than a morse code, but definitely borrows from that idea conceptually --. --- --- -.. / -.-. --- -- -- . -. - -.-.--
