Wrist exercises(don't be afraid to build up to weighted exercises, slowly but surely) and a healthier diet will improve your wrist functions. Could be early signs of arthritis, do something about it now while young else it'll get worse and be much more difficult to fix later in life. I'm a physical therapist. Love your vids!

I've been seeing a physio since about a year ago when I had to quit wow over the issues, I've got exercises and supports for my wrists, I'm just also avoiding things that might be a risk of aggravating it. Been seeing improvement since! Thank you for the advice

dragon nests are a thing ;P Also its good to have high alchs with you all the time if you dont go wilderness and rune pouch from lms to have more space in invnetory as rune pouch holds 3 runes and only takes 1 inventory space! and yes they changed recruitment drive no longer need to be female, now you have weapons on table to use to kill that enemy for diversity and inclusion Prior to an update on 9 November 2022, Sir Leye could only be defeated by female characters, as it was said he had been blessed by Saradomin so that no "man" could defeat him. His former invincibility against any man may have been a reference to the prophecy of Glorfindel, featured in J. R. R. Nice progress but just a heads up in old school darts had the stats nerfed due to blowpipe so i'd recommend knives over darts unless you are just using the darts to tag things for burst/barrage piles.

Good to know! I've been using darts for training because of how cheap they are but will keep this in mind if I need accuracy from thrown again in the future.

Rev drops are gonna be best for alchs and you can often get them under mid since there's a low buy limit and lots being sold

If payment option for tree’s is expensive, you should use ultracompost (bottomless bucket will double the amount) also use this for the herbs

Hey you don't need to use menu entry swapper to drop stuff. Go to all settings on OSRS and setup shift click drop.
