Tip for the future, when you take the lid off the bucket collecting, put the lid on the empty bucket and take the bucket with sap. Don’t need to pour the collection bucket, just swap it out with the empty bucket, no pouring.

Nice work! How does it taste? You also do this with hickory but most demos show people using hickory bark
