강식당에서 규현이 화덕피자 할 때도 간간히 바닥을 쓸어주는 빗자루가 따로 있더라구요! 그래서 그걸로 깔끔하게가 아닌 어느정도의 잿더미만 정리를 해줘요! 그리구 아마 밑에 뭐를깔게 되면 바닥은 잘 익지 않아서 따뜻한 바닥이 닿아서 약간 거뭇하게 묻어야 화덕피자의 맛이 되는것 같아요

being here in the states i guess i am not used to seeing pizza made with "hunks" of cheese instead of shredded cheese. i dont even remember the swedish people doing cheese chunks when i ate in stockholm. i make pizza and its shredded motzerella(sp) and shredded provolone, pizza sauce or tomato sauce with added spices and londons pub sauce, italian sausage, pepperoni, and beef. sorry for my spelling, my chromebook dont have auto-correct. it is always interesting seeing how other peoples cook in other countries. hope all who read this have an awesome rest of year and happy cooking gabie!!! :)

Tht was really cozy ....I can't taste anything but it always feels like comfort food to me. And the atmosphere u create is so homey. From all the bts, I can see tht it's certainly not a easy process.
