I make curry stew and it’s delicious. You brown the sugar first and when it gets the color you want you grow in the curry mix with a little water and stir it together. I add my onion and garlic at that point ams stir it until your curry fry then add your chicken. And cook like you usually do. That’s how I saw a cook did it so I start doing it that way.
