С нетерпением жду новые видео, у вас очень красивая природа. Очень хорошо, что ваш муж тоже учавствовал в этом ролике, он видимо стесняется камеры. Доченька растёт и становится маминой помошницей. Спасибо за интересное видео! У нас в магазинах продают такое блюдо со специями и эти пенки с соевого молока называют китайской спаржей. Очень люблю и часто покупаю ,стоит примерно 2$ за триста грамм. Покупаю на все праздники,блюдо известно в России и многими любимо.но я не представляю ,как они пенки снимают в таком большом масштабе. Полезная,здоровая еда.

Its very old traditions in chinese culture to grind the soy beans with water to made Tofu or dried Tofu sheets...its take very long to do this ❤❤😊

I am not sure what is called and I could be wrong but the steam-dry-steam-dry method seems like it could be a method of preservation to be able to store the food in a dry room temperature place. Fujian grandma has some videos where she does this and it seems that each time you steam and dry, the more shriveled up the food gets
