Chocolate is originally from Mexico, where a legend says that the god "Quetzalcóatl" gave man the cocoa tree. Cocoa is a crop and an ancestral product, representative of current Mexican culture.

Using the blender works but will create lower quality chocolate. High quality chocolate is slow churned with specialized machinery to keep the temperature low during that specific stage of processing. You could probably do something similar with a rock tumbler over the course of maybe a week or so but I haven't tested it.

Spoiler alert. It actually doesnt taste good if you make it using the same method vector did. First of all, the amount of sugar and milk you need to make it palatable is mind blowing. Second, the texture will be gritty, its like chewing sand. Its not enough to run it through a normal blender to make it smooth. You need to run it through a stone grinder for hours to actually make it smooth.

We make chocolate the tradition way 1. Lick the cocoa seeds 2. Put the cocoa seeds in a tray and let the cocoa seeds dry in the sun 3.Cook the cocoa seeds until it's medium brown 4. Peel the cocoa seeds 5. Use a mortar and pestle to ground the cocoa seeds until it turns into a powder 6. Use a mixing bowl and put the cocoa powder and milk in the mixing bowl and mix it until it fully submerged 7. Use the chocolate tray and pour the chocolate liquid into the tray and let it freeze in the freezer overnight. 8. Enjoy your homemade chocolate🍫😊😊
