Making Christmas 🎄Candy

Chocolate Espresso Truffle Recipe recipe from Good Housekeeping Magazine Dec. 2023
Ingredients
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 TBSP unsalted butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 TBSP espresso powder
1/4 tsp salt
For rolling:
1/4 cup sprinkles or finely chopped nuts
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan heat condensed milk, espresso powder, cocoa powder and butter. Heat on medium heat until it boils. (keep stirring it with a silicone spatula)
Lower the heat and simmer 7-10 minutes while stirring it. When the chocolate mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan, it's done.
Pour into a shallow pan and refrigerate 30 minutes.
After removing from refrigerator, spoon 1 tsp of chocolate onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze tray 10 minutes.
Remove tray from freezer and roll chocolate into little balls. Roll the balls in the sprinkles or nuts. (I used walnuts)
Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
