New to junk journaling I have no ready made stash so have been sitting with you and mass making. So far I have watched four of your videos and have created match book = 16, pockets = 9, fold overs = 23, and foldout out booklets = 6. At first looking at all the bright shiny paper I wondered what I did, lol. Sat down and distressed and stamped them all. I LOVE them!!! Now will grab and embellish into a journal when the mood strikes. I like having a stash to work from and see more mass making in my evenings this week!! Thank you for this series and the alphabet series. I am learning so much and creating beautiful things.

You talk alot about principles of design; how to coordinate texture and pattern; and color theory without even realizing how useful and important and instructive your chatting is for me. I am learning so much from your videos and tutorials. Your videos are not boring. Making a piece over and over again in your mass making videos is far from boring. For those of us who are visual learners your process is perfect! Keep up your excellent work. Your instruction is fabulous...very clear and just great. Thank you. You are a great teacher! Thanks so much !

Hi, there just found these videos - such a good idea to make in bulk but the clever thing is not to trim up until you need them. I have made things in the past and trimmed up then they lie there for ages because they don't "fit in " to what I am doing. Looking forward to watching more.

I've never seen a coin envelope. Tfs. I love pretty paper too. I got A paper tablet from Wal-Mart for some tags. I loved it and want another one. Hopefully they will still stock it. I've also gotten the Graffic 24 Fairy Dust tablet. Can't wait to dig into them. An hour might seem long, but I loose myself watching. I love seeing the papers that you are using. I have an outdated Fans McNally book of maps. I'm going to have to try this one

I really enjoy this type of video. It lets me build a stash to pull from that looks (somewhat) nice like you and others use when making a journal. I love the decorating part too. I certainly don’t think it is boring! You gave us so many great tips!! If possible I prefer these videos in this format versus livestream, please. Rewatching a live video isn’t good tome because of the artist talking to people about things other than the craft. I prefer focused videos like yours are. Thank you ever so much for sharing!!! I adore your videos!! I may rarely comment, but I do watch while I create!! Thank you for ALL your effort to create content. I have a channel, so I know the effort required and I thank you. 💙💙

Thank you so much for this video. I agree with many others... I like the idea of mass production. Sometimes you don't have enough time to do a whole project from start to finish. This way you can keep each type of an item in small boxes and it'll take no time at all to complete whole journal pages once you're ready! Wonderful 😀

Tina, this is so helpful! You may find the repetition of mass production boring, but this organized process is very helpful. We all need to build ephemera stash for journals and mass production of a single item is brilliant!! With all different sizes and patterns of papers it need not be boring! Crafting along!! Thank you!!! I know, I LOVE beautiful papers!......You decorated the pocket so quickly and effortlessly, and it's gorgeous! Experience! !TFS!!💕🌿🎼🌱🍀🌺🌷🐦🐝🎶🍀🌻🍃🌼🌺🎄🎁🎇

Thank you Colleen, I so appreciate your support. Yes, maybe the variation of papers, sizes etc makes the process of repeat making not too boring 😊. I found your channel around Christmas 2020. This is the cutest pocket. I have been making a few from scraps. One I did a few days ago using maybe a 4" by 6" scrap of dotted paper, white background & multi - primary colored dots, I found today. It is so cute, I burst out laughing. It is not even decorated. Just looking at it filled me with joy. I went on to make a deal with myself - do chore X and you can come back and make another. Watching you a moment ago before starting this comment, I had an idea of my own about changing the top of the pocket to meet a different need. Thanks so much!!

Oh thank you Patricia for taking the time to comment. Sometimes if they are using such pretty papers they just look gorgeous without even decorating don't they? I love that you make a deal with yourself to do chores interspersed with crafting! I really should do that, I have lot's of chores mounting up!! Lol x

Great start to the new series, Tina! This is a lovely project - and your approach is really great. I have made these coin pockets/small bags before, but got bogged down with measuring and being exact. Your bulk making exercise shows that that is not necessary. I am currently on holiday and have no craft supplies with me - but I bought a few papers and this is what I will be making now. Thanks for the inspiration!

This was fun; I managed to craft along and got 6 coin envelopes made during this time. You are not going to please everyone, so I hope you will just continue along with the series!! Thank you for thinking of doing this video. I am not going to decorate until I am certain where they are going. I do appreciate your time. Thank you

Thank you so much! I'm working on 4 Boho Journals and taking an hour to make a dozen items, like these coin envelopes, that I can use in them and maybe even a few other journals is an hour well spent! Thank you for sharing your techniques. I found the decorating a huge help!
