You are missing one of the most important pieces - the fishing rod :) You need one that have Lucky Day III + Lucky Night III.

yeah but luckily making a rod is dirt cheap, 50 - 100 gold.

you can make artisans fishing pole if you are lvl 200 engineering, has lucky day III and lucky night III
