I would call this the Theristeinosaurus. Great work! Looking at the tail, it remind me of an old computer toy collection series that existed over a decade ago called Xtractaurs. It was an online game that involves collecting different dinosaur toys that you can "extract" with the extraction gun that is from the starter set including a green t-rex. The tail spikes makes me think of one of the Megavores from that game. It looks like a t-rex mixed with other dinosaur parts and alien appendages on its lower jaw. It is black with neon blue stripes. Ever heard of Xtractaurs before?
