This video covers the simple task of "rounding up" your dough balls.
Once this is done the dough balls are put back in your refrigerator for further "proofing".
Once "fully" proofed they will roll out easily.
I usually have a few dough balls ready to go in the frig. They're good for up to two weeks when handled properly which is way better than freezing the dough.
