You shouldn’t keep the bananas in the net with the other fruit. When they ripen, they emit a substance that will make the other fruit spoil sooner....great video by the way!

Thanks for watching Donald! 😊 Good pro tip about the bananas 👍. We often count on the ethene from the bananas to speed up the ripening of some of the other fruit and veg onboard.

Hi Bob! Thank you so much for the very kind comment and for following our journey! I'm probably a bit too self-conscious about my English some times. Your encouragement has really put a smile on my face and helps give me the confidence to keep on reporting on our adventure 😊⛵

Hello Talia...! I added you to my view list! Hope you guys will show a new version of the world with a lower carbon footprint as you say. Make sure to add drone footage and if possible underwater also as that is a big reason for sailing and separating yourself form all the other channels out there! Many of us speak French also! Je suis Québécois donc vous pouvez me répondre en Francais! I am retired, 72, stuck in C19 Montreal! I have had several sail boats, my third in 1996 a Bayfield 26! Im a film maker photographer and have toured the world, Russia, France, Philippines, Malaysia....so if you need help, call on me! Good luck

Alors un grand merci de sa part pour votre soutien!

Excellent! Really excited for you guys and look forward to joiing you on your journey! Iam in the pre-stages of the same dream you guys have, as I am currently obtaining license, so cannot wait. Can i ask how did it cost in Valencia to survey the boat and change the name (admin etc)?
@SailingTalia4 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thanks for following the adventure, it sounds like you will be embarking on the same kind of adventure soon! Great decision!! 😁 We paid around €800 for the survey in Valencia. Admin for the name change was included in the cost of registration. For our Belgian registration it cost about €200 (price varies considerably country to country). Let us know if you have any questions for your search, we spent a lot of time looking and researching, we'd be more than happy to share our experience with you.

The boat needed new rigging?
@SailingTalia4 жыл бұрын
There was little evidence of a need for new standing rigging, but sadly our insurer won't touch boats with rigging older than 10 years (ours was the original from 2004).

Very nice,but I have difficult with English
@SailingTalia4 жыл бұрын
