Making Escort RS 1600i mk3 on homemade 5axis cnc machine

My homemade 5 axis CNC making a escort rs 1600i from wood
Stock size 200x100x100mm
Tools used,
25mm bull nose 5mm radius
12mm bull nose 1mm radius
6mm ballnose
3mm ballnose
2mm ballnose
1mm ballnose
I had no experience with 5axis cnc machining before building this machine so mistakes will be made.

Wow. There is so much to appreciate here: to start there is the fact that you're doing 5-axis machining with a home made machine, then the multiple tool changes with perfect homing every time, the sheer precision and accuracy of the tool path, then the level of quality control with the defective wing mirror, not to mention it looks absolutely stunning with a great finish! Awe inspiringly impressive. Where did you get the 3D model from?

Thanks it sounds even cooler when you word it like that, the model is just a modified stl file not as good for machining but still good results

So cool! Those liner bearings look like the ones on the gym leg press machine. Are they similar?

They were previously pistons out of hydraulic cylinders from a forklift truck that I modified into a diy supported linear rail, this is tight ones of cnc approved

Vero worknc for cam, but any cam could be used
