Making Fabric Snippet Rolls the Easy Way! Craft With Me As I make A Christmas Snippet Roll

In this video I show my method of making fabric snippet rolls, I find this the simplest way to make them. The one I'm making is a Christmas snippet roll which I'll use in the Christmas junk journal that I'm working on.

Doesn't the glue get on your sewing needle and gum it up?

Not at all, but I do let the glue dry before I sew it on the machine.

Hi Jan, I'm so pleased you're enjoying my videos! The reason I changed the foot is... On my sewing machine whenever you change to a different type of stitch, it tells you which foot you should use with that particular stitch. All the feet have letters on them, so it tells you the letter of the stitch so I know which one to use. 🌹

I have a question. When you sew the beads, do you catch the top layer of fabric or go through to the back?

I make sure not to go right through to the back, just to keep the back neat, but if the back isn't going to be seen then it really doesn't matter too much.
