Your content NEVER disappoints! Your talent and creativity is awesome. Every single one of these items came out so perfectly, not imperfect, but rather perfect for the look you were going for, even the cutting boards! I never would have thought of doing the wood burning. You're just amazing with your creative flow. And, I am also amazed how much we think alike on some things... when you were doing the stamping I was sat at my computer saying, "Yvonne, just pick up the ink pad and slather those big guys with it", yep, great minds really do think alike, lol! I truly enjoyed this video, always enjoy them all, but this one was especially a pleasure to watch. Once again, great work Sista!! xx

I am so glad I saw you tonight. It was not boring at all, I loved it all, we all learn together thats the best part. Before I got on to watch you I ordered those same crockery stamps that u uses tonight. On the concrete paint, you are supposed to kind of dab it on, I use the same push you were using, it gives it more texture when u dab instead of brush. But if you dont like that texture just keep doing it the way you are it looks fantastic either way then the white wax kind of sticks to the texture and looks fabulous when its done. But I love everything you do so it doesn't matter just so your customers like it. I found a huge side board for a dinning room today at a thrift store, it was in great shape, for only $28 dollers but I couldn't get it. My husband is sick and couldn't come pick it up for me, if I'd have had help loading it i would have took the truck my self and got it... it was beautiful all the hardware was there, the drawers were in great shape. I just hate i had to pass it up. I so injoy watching you!
@GingerChickRehab3 жыл бұрын
Oh... thank you for sharing your experience with me. Oh.. to have to pass up on that side board .. my heart aches for you.. though that’s happened a time or two to me.. I that when I just say there’s a reason God didn’t want me to have it... it’s not meant to be... 😌💖

I have never painted glass and ceramic for the same reason as I was worried that the paint would chip and wear easily and the piece ends up looking bad. Years ago when I was a tole painting teacher you could purchase a fixative designed just for glass to make the paint stick better but it still allowed scratches and paint chipping. I have both of these IOD stamps and LOVE them! The tape idea to keep the stamp centered is a great idea!

Yvonne…I have the same IOD stamps! I made coasters with them…MANY sets for gifts over the past years…out of ceramic tiles I’ve had left over from a bathroom project. They are gorgeous! I used several coats of chalk spray paint, stamped the tiles with the IOD ink and stamps (just the heads), and then sealed it with matte sealer. So very pretty! Love the,black inside the glass jar with the white transfer! I never thought of that! Nicely done, Yvonne! Cindi (from WV). 🥰
